3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products that have been opened or consumed (even partially)
• Products kept beyond 24 hours without reporting issues
• Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper storage
• Custom or special orders (unless quality issues exist)
