3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp or our contact form
• Minimum order value: PKR 1,000
• Payment can be made via cash on delivery or bank transfer
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or phone call

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available across Karachi and select areas
• Delivery charges may apply based on location
• Standard delivery time is 2-3 business days
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances
• Products must be inspected upon delivery; report any issues immediately

5. Product Quality and Storage

• All products are flash-frozen to maintain quality and freshness
• Upon delivery, products should be stored in a freezer immediately
• Follow cooking instructions provided on product packaging
• We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion
• No refunds will be given for products that have been opened or consumed

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information and contact details
• Be available to receive delivery during the confirmed time slot
• Inspect products immediately upon delivery
• Store products properly after delivery
• Use products before the expiration date

9. Limitation of Liability
